Easy steps to receive your CME Certificate!

  1. Click the Evaluation Form Tab

  2. Complete the evaluation form.

  3. The CME specialist will review the evaluation form and your attendance.

  4. If your attendance is confirmed, you will receive your CME certificate within 24-48 hours.
